I found an online sales ad for a laptop from a large retailer. The savings were very significant so I immediately purchased it. I received an e-mail confirmation and my credit card was charged. The next day I received an e-mail stating that the laptop was shipping to me and gave a confirmation number. Today I got an e-mail stating the advertised sale price was incorrect and they were canceling my order. My card remains charged.

The total sales price was approximately $550.00. The model is listed on the manufacturers site for $1274.99. I have printouts of the advertisement and all e-mail confirmation. I attempted to get a comparable product and have been unsuccessful. Is there any recourse to
either get the product, or the cost difference to get the laptop from another retailer?

Thanks,

Josh
