What is the name of your state? in. recently divorced and having huge issues with ex-wife and her friends. having resigned myself to the fact that she was gone, i decided i had nothing to lose by contacting the husband of my wifes best friend and playing a tape of the two women talking about cheating on the husbands. firstly, the tape was an accident because my wife had used the phone in my office which tapes everything for project review( i do electrical design)..second i was just being mean and wanted the friend to get kicked out by the husband so she could feel my pain...anyway, this resulted in her friend getting a protective order saying among other things i was stalking her and her family...she made other claims that are totally false... do i have any recourse? idin't stalk anyone...i played a tape from my phone that was made in my house..??????
