In KY, does a person have any basis for suing a hair stylist for a poor haircut which resulted in having over 6 inches of hair cut off to correct? The stylist returned the amount for the haircut after a round of disagreement over the phone. She can't bring back my hair so what kind of damages can one ask for? It took me almost six years to get my hair to the length it was before her mistakes.

Thank you for any response or advice you can give!

Geez, now I have heard everything... wanting to sue over a bad haircut!!!!

But, here is your answer... NO, there is no basis to sue over a bad haircut. After all, by the time your case comes to trial, the 'evidence' will have grown out. The stylist did the right thing... and refunded your money.

Pretend that the refund was Settlement of your Judgment, in full. Don't go back there again.
