We bought a used pick-up from a dealer on 7/21/03 and the transmission is acting up. Is there any legal warranty for used vehicle's in Wisconsin. I have heard possibly 30 days but need to know for sure.

Federal law requires all used vehicles sold by dealers in the US to have a sticker affixed to the window. The sticker has 2 check boxes, one marked "Sold With Warranty" and the other "AS IS, No Warranty". What box was checked on the copy you recieved with your other paperwork? That will answer your question. There are no implied or automatic 30 day warranties in Wisconsin.
