Any way out of a Yelp marketing contract immediately after I sign it?

I live in NJ and, due to incessant pressure, signed a 12-month contract to market my small business with Yelp (a NY company). It came to a maximum of $550/month. Just a couple hours after signing, I called up and tried to get out of it. My sales representative was very pushy and insistent that I am going to do great, that they are on my side, etc, things I didn't exactly believe. Now, I know it is my responsibility for signing the contract.

My representation concluded that we will give my business's Yelp page two weeks to see how it is doing, and then to "see what she can do" about helping me out if it doesn't do well. However, she admit that if my business gets clicks/exposure/calls, they will have leverage in the scenario. I told her that I'll get back to her about this "Two week" proposition. How does this sound?

Is there anything I can do to get out of this? Speak to the manager?

Sounds like BS to me.

You can read your contract. Your contract will lay out the cancellation requirements and penalties. I'll bet that your contract will also say that anything said outside the contract doesn't count.

Speak to the manager?
The manager trained the sales rep and will back her up.

I forgot to mention that the early termination fee within the contract is $700. Doesn't seem fair, since I tried to cancel just two hours after signing, but fairness isn't the point here.

You freely and willingly entered in to a contract with those terms. How is it not fair to expect you to abide by those terms?

No, it isn't.

One minute after you signed the contract was too late.
