HI,
I entered USA on H1B visa 2 weeks ago. I have my SSN number issued from SSA. I am also approved I-130 (family based petition) and visa number is currently available to me.(which i already know before coming, but i decided to go for H1B & AOS).
Kindly advice me legally for following:
1)Do i need to have wait 90 days or some specific period before i can apply for AOS and EAD?
2)Is there any requirement to have pay slips( or any other proof) from my employer to apply for AOS?
3)Once i applied for AOS to USCIS, what would be my status if i loose my current employer (i.e H1B status)? Can i continue my work?
