Hi! Wow it's been a long time since I posted a question on here!! Me and my husband have come a very long way since my last question on here. Our AOS interview is July 22nd in Atlanta, GA, and I was wondering some things

1) My file is at the Missouri Service Center right now; Will it be in the hands of the inerviewing officer in Atlanta when our interview comes? Because affidavits one by family are in our AOS packet we sent.

2)What would be a reason someone would get denied? What can we do to prevent that?

3)What are some do's and dont's for interviews with immigration

Thanks (=

1. Yes, your file will be with the interviewing officer in Atlanta at the time of your interview.
2. If the marriage is not bona fide or if you are somehow inadmissible, your petition could be denied
3. Just prepare sufficient documentation for the interview to prove that your marriage is bona fide and you should be fine
