I rented a duplex prior to seeing it when I moved from Texas to Colorado. I am disabled, and the agent knew I needed a rail for the steps, but I am having problems with the old fashioned (off the floor) tub. I can't live here a year and not be able to shower or bathe. Can I get out of this lease?
