im looking for help understanding this. Thank you all

when I had custody i made 7k a month
spouse made 4k a month
spouse paid 1400 in child support
I paid 1500 in APL

now spouse has custody
I make 7k a month
spouse makes 5k
Im paying 2550 in support AND 450 in APL

Im confused. after support im at 4500 and spouse is at 7500. how is it possible I have to still pay APL?
