A developer took our Township (in the State of PA)to court after the Board of Commissioners denied tentative approval for a Planned Residential Developement. The court reversed part of the decision.
My question is, can I appeal the decision even though I was not listed on the brief filed by the Township?? I think the term is intervened or joined on the intial brief ??
