MA - Had a dispute with my remodeling contractor. Went to arbitration. According to Mass General Law 142A, any party can appeal the decision for a trial de novo in superior or district court within 21 days. I only have 2 days left to appeal! What document do I file with the court, a Notice of Appeal, or do I file a complaint. How specific must the complaint be? THANKS for any help!

If the arbitration was binding, there is usually no appeal. If it was not, you must have grounds for the appeal ie. arbitrator committed discrimination, fraud etc., did not follow procedure etc. If you appeal just because you do not like the decision be prepared to have your case thrown out.
You need to hire an attorney.
