What is the name of your state? Virginia

I have had my security clearance revoked because my spouse is a senior military officer in the French Army. Although we were told we presented every possible piece of information that could be presented on our behalf, the Administrative Judge stated there were no recognized mitigating circumstances. In essence, as long as I am married or co-habitating with a senior military officer of a foriegn power, such as France, I can not receive a clearance. I have filed for an appeal.

Is there any examples of a successful appeal? What conditions must be met? Does anyone have any information on the best way forward?

Thank you,

Why won't we win this? There has been complete disclosure since 1999 and the security clearance was renewed in 2004. There seems to be a great deal of inconsistancy here. Why would it not be supported after all of this?

Can compensation be sought?

Thank you,
