Appeal is really the wrong word. You can try to quash the subpeona. However, why has the child been subpeona'd to court?

There was no reason given... It was just delivered via certified mail..

Mom really needs to see an attorney. It may be possible to quash the motion. However, depending on the circumstances, it might be worth letting it go through.

already have an attorney.. a great one... with the holidays it is hard to make contact being as we are in different states. thanks for the info!
