Appealing divorce Orders

I need to know how to file a appeal for divoce orders.One of the orders is.Order #1 that costs of court created herein are hereby taxed to defendant.Please tell me what that meads.And where can get the form to file appeal.I live in Alabama.

In Indiana, you have 30 days to file a request for an appeal.

Sounds like the defendant has to pay court costs. Did you file the divorce? If not, YOU are the defendant (although in Indiana, we call that respondent).
