My state name is New Jersey.

I have an 18 year old son. His father was giving me child support money all the way until my son turned 18 yrs old; we didn't go thru court. Now he no longer wants to give me child support allowance. Can I still take him to court for child support?

what are you talking about?? you just said that he paid you until the boy was 18, are you suggesting that you now want to try to get the court to award you child support when he has actually already paid you?? No one here is going to help you with that, if that is your intention.

Where you married to the father at the time of the child's birth?
Are there ANY court orders regarding the child?
Has paternity even been established?

Your clock stopped ticking. You should be counting your blessings you got that money WITHOUT an order.
