What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI

Hello. I am applying for a Substitute teaching permit for Wisconsin, and on the application it asks if I have been convicted of a felony OR misdemeanor. Almost 6 years ago, (about 5.5 years), I was given an underage drinking ticket. The weird part is that I was driving at the time. I blew .07, and was arrested, put in the back of the squad car, had my picture taken, and then was released after I called someone to pick me up. I was only given an underage drinking ticket, which I paid. I remember going to court for it.

So... is this something I need to bring up as a misdemeanor in the interview? Nothing shows up in my name on the online website for felonies and misdemeanors (wicourts.gov), and it was ALMOST six years ago. Is this a misdemeanor? Will this show up in the background check the employer will do? I appreciate the response greatly. Thanks.
