What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
For those of you who remember me and the specifics of my situation I have this to say, and maybe some newbies might gain from my mistake.
I apologize for the deletion of my threads but hope that those of you who remember the specifics understand I included too much information in my posts and subsequently could not edit others posts that had "quoted" my own posts so my decision to delete my threads was to protect the integrity of some of the ongoing circumstances with my ex.
*Warning to new posters:
I am sure many of you have already thought of this but maybe some of you will over look the obvious as I did. The internet is open for ALL. Including our exes. Only post information that would not hinder you if your ex knew.
The advice given here by the senior members is VERY good!
Do NOT get defensive if the advice doesn't fit into a nicely packaged, sweetly worded post.
Speaking from experience even the nastier sounding posts given from senior members is based on sound LEGAL knowledge.
Update:
My ex is not getting visitation this summer. I have retained a lawyer who is handling the case, there will be a court date set for the near future to hear the temp order which the judge has signed and a more permanent one will come later.
I have continued coming to this forum to read others threads and most have given me a very good insight to the trial and tribulations that others are dealing with, which in turn has been teaching me that although my own personal situation seems dire there are many others dealing with much more trying times.

Thank You! Even though and with everything.. thank you to those of you who have helped myself and countless others! (with a special thank you to OG!)
