How to determine where to send your Stndrd 95 form/claim notice.
Like local sheriff's; what federal agency would i send it to?

But that form will do no good if the problem is with "Like local sheriff's"
I agree - but it's possible that the OP was using "Like local sheriff's" as an example of an agency. If this is related to the OP's other post(s), then the entire question is moot, because there would be no claim against a federal agency.

Interestingly, it appears that the OP didn't even read the instructions on the form. The form itself has the following instruction:

"Claims presented under the Federal Tort Claims Act should be submitted directly to the "appropriate Federal agency" whose employee(s) was involved in the incident. If the incident involves more than one claimant, each claimant should submit a separate claim form."

i did read it. not understanding question. it is a sheriff. what federal agency is it?
