What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?Ohio
I have been on unemployment for 17 months and filed for disability 9 months ago. Approved for disability last week and received pack pay for 20 months. I immediately contacted unemployment to payback all. Now they just won't take back the money I have to fill out forms, that would reflect that I wasn't truthful on the weekly claim forms.

What do they do in situations like this?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Call back and talk to a supervisor. Explain that you will not sign something which says that you fraudently completed the forms, that what you entered was correct at the time.
