Apt complex had my car towed

What is the name of your state? MD On Sept 19th at 11:00am my car which was parked legally in my apt complex was towed. on the 15th of Sept at 4:00am i had flown out of MD on a weeks vacation, on the morning of the 15th a notice was placed under all tenants doors to move vehicles or they would be towed at the owners exspence (of course I never got this notice). I hade to pay 350.00 to get my car back. my question is can I get the complex to reimburse me, and do they have to give tenents more than 4 days notice if they are going to be doing pavement work in the complex. I have my airline paper work to prove I was not here.
