What is the name of your state? MD On Sept 19th at 11:00am my car which was parked legally in my apt complex was towed. on the 15th of Sept at 4:00am i had flown out of MD on a weeks vacation, on the morning of the 15th a notice was placed under all tenants doors to move vehicles or they would be towed at the owners exspence (of course I never got this notice). I hade to pay 350.00 to get my car back. my question is can I get the complex to reimburse me, and do they have to give tenents more than 4 days notice if they are going to be doing pavement work in the complex. I have my airline paper work to prove I was not here. What is the name of your state?

You are not legally required a refund. The complex did all that was required in notifying you of their intentions. It was not their fault that you left right before they sent out the notices.

You should review your lease to find out how notices are required to be given. Let us know what it says...

I bitched enough so they will be deducting 350.00 from my rent for next month, i can live with that.

What in the hell does this have to do with my question!

Relax . . . breathe deep . . . and exhale . . .
Now, isn't that better?
