What is the name of your state? Indiana
If you go to arbitration our contract says that the arbitrators decision is final and binding for all parties and employee (s) involved. Does this mean that if i take an issue to arbitration that i cannot take it to the legal system?

arbitration/sexual harassment

i am not trying to get anyone to do my homework. my directions were to contact an attorney to get the information. i did that they said they would do it but they didnt i cant get ahold of an attorney on the week end. i am trying to get the info i need so i can write my paper. i am not studying to be an attorney. i am taking a class called women and the law. The teacher wants us to see the steps that we would go through in the legal system and decide if it changes our opinion of the legal system. if anyone has any info and wants to help a girl out send me a private e-mail i am going else where to see if i can get info.

The fact that you were told to contact an attorney's office does not obligate us to do your research for you.

When you didn't get a call back from the first attorney you should have called a second one, instead of waiting till the last minute.
