I won a small claims court in NC, the defendant appealed, and now we are going to arbitration. My question is, do you recommend that I be represented by an attorney? I feel we have a pretty strong case against this person as I did when we went to SCC and won. By this person appealing, now what are the chances the judgement for us being changed in his favor? Its so straight foward that he is wrong, however he is a habitiual liar. Do I just present my evidence the same as I did in SCC or do I need to do more. Thanks you so much.
