Hello all! I just have a quick question .In PA, I was arrested for DUI, and completed the ARD program, expunging my record. However, when my name is searched via google, the arrest record still comes up on the arresting district's website. Is it possible to have these arrest records expunged, too? I read on a few sites that it is possible to petition for an arrest to be expunged if there was no conviction, but I was unsure if it applied to this situation.
