ARD Program in PA

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Today I had my court hearing and I was accepted into the ARD program. Is probation involved with this? At my first hearing today they said nothing about probation.. I'm just curious because I want to be able to leave the state this summer. thanks for the info in advance

Yes, you will have to serve a time on probation.

Leaving the state shouldn't be an issue, unless you are going to be gone for an extended time. Discuss it with your probation officer and all should be fine.
