Can anyone provide an explanation for this Schwab account
filled with 'up to 30 million Endovasc shares' in May 2002,(2 months BEFORE SUPPOSED 'REVERSE SPLIT'that should have left ls than 3 million shares existing) OTHER than an illegal pump and dump account ?
