Are Condo Associations all powerfull?

I am moving into a Condo, and the Condo Association is deciding what to do about my motorcycle. There is some talk that they might bend my bike from the property including my parking garage space.

Is there anything I can do to fight them? Can they do that even if their bylaws support it?
