someone in IN has pictures of me and in multiple emails, said they would send me all the pictures and negatives because i didn't want anyone to have them but me. I am in MI. now the person is backing out and said they won't send them to me. are the emails that said i would have those pictures sent to me binding? does the person have to give me the pictures legally? if not, do i have any recourse in either getting the pictures back or making sure no one else can see them? i have not given permission ever to let any one else view them.

I appreciate your help
