Are decendent's (heirs-at-law) under the California laws of intestate succession able to share residential + duplex rent equally from this property? Five decendents are 1/5 owners of said property by county recorder yet currently, only 1 decendent(petitioner) collects property rent monthly.

Can anyone assist me with this?

Please email me at [email protected] as I get those emails faster rather than returning here all the time. Thank you so much!

If 5 people own the property, then rent from that property should be shared to all 5 people, less expenses.
