dear sirs or madaams,
i live in alabama and was married three days ago in tennessee. my new wife started questioning whether or not she wanted to remain married to me. i have done nothing wrong and she will admit to it. she thinks she may be pregnant with another guys child....this is a fact that i knew about before the marriage b/c she told me. she does not know if she is in love with him but she does know she loves me. she wants to get a annulment if she is pregnant. we were both in right minds (no drugs or alchohol) when the i do's were exchanged. we have not consummated the marriage but that was her decision, not mine. i want this to work.
does she have grounds? in either tenn. or ala.
can i fight it? and how?
