What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

It has been awhile since I have been on here and wanted to give everyone a quick update on status of my case before asking my question. This last month my ex and I were to go to a jury trail because she would not compromise on standard possession ( which is all I ever wanted) Her Lawyer said 3 days for the trail our attorney said 5 days. ( as we were ordered to have a social study done and my family completed and she still did not have it done.) The judge said I will get a judge and call you back. That afternoon her attorney called my attorney and wanted to settle as my ex could not afford 5 days off. It broke down to me getting standard possession on 2nd, 4th, & 5th weekends and alternating holidays. So my question is as follows:

On what was suppose to be my 2nd visit with my daughter, My daughters mother denied me my weekend possession, due to my daughter being sick. I told her I would take care of her here and I had everything her for her, and she still said no. I went to get her anyways and she did not show and I filed a police report. I have asked her several times to have a make up visit for this weekend missed and she has denied me this make up visit. Is she required to give me the makeup visit? I know it is something minor but considering it was my 2nd visit with my daughter after the court ruled on Standard Possession and she is already going to her old ways again. Any one have any suggestions?
