Per the Social Security Administration website, SSA does not consider the suffix to be part of the legal name.

I'm glad you were able to point out what we've been telling you all along.

EDIT: You should also realize that your links don't dictate what is acceptable for proving the identity of a person who is trying to transfer property.

You won't be trying to get the SSA to accept your identification when you try and transfer the property.

They also say this.

Since the SSA does not consider middle names and suffixes to be part of the legal name, then what is the supreme document that proves ones legal name?
