Are there any "Lawyers" in this forum that can truthfully and politely answer questions w/o any Smart a** remarks? The ones responding seem to be "angry". Why even bother to sign up if you're that easily annoyed? We have REAL cases and would like REAL answers and if the questions seem to bother/annoy you...then hell...simply do not answer them.
