Are these legal auction sites legit?

I just went to a site called www.lawofficez.com which allows me to post a requirement and have attorneys bid on it. Are these legitimate ways to get attorneys?

Yes because you are soliciting for the attorney. The attorney isn't soliciting you. You make an offer with your requirements and the attorneys are given an opportunity to bid to see if they match what you seek.

BUT NOTHING REPLACES GOING TO THE BAR, asking for a refferal and then checking their records to make sure no disciplinary action has taken place.
