in 1995 my sister and I purchased a life insurance policy on our brother (with his permission)we named our selves as co- benificaries as he had no other family ,now he has died without and estate or will of any kind what he left was our policy and about 2.5 thousand dollars in medical bills,are we obligated to pay his medical bills from our policy.
