She had to sign a statment that she had no interest in the home, now we are starting a devorce and she is trying to kick me out! Can she do this? can I have her leave with out being devorced? this is all a big mess. No one has helped me with my other posts am I doing something wrong?

No one has helped me on my other posts. Boo Hoo Hooo. You are full of it pal. JenniferH has been giving you good advice on your bankruptcy post.
Maybe if you did not screw around and give your wife STD, more people would be inclined to help you. With almost every post of yours there is a different set of problems. There may be reasons contributors are staying away from you. I have been reading your posts and have stayed away. Also please learn to spell.
