arizona; landlord withheld $228 of my deposit because she said that i was responsible for the water pipes freezing and breaking. i had already turned in my keys and the trailor was no longer mine when the pipes froze. is this my responsibility?

No, once you vacate the property with proper notice, you are no longer responsible for it. But if your lease was still in effect or you moved before the end of the rental period you had paid for, yes, you could be held liable. If your vacancy of the property was legit, you have the type of claim that small claims court was designed for.
