armed robbery

My boyfriend has been convicted of armed robbery but he was not at thescene when the robbery occured. The crime was done by two other people my boyfriend and company was caught by the cops the next day with one of the robbers and they were all arrested my boyfriend was then picked out of a line up after that his friend has now recently blamed the whole crime on him and now my boyfriend is probably going to go to jail for 4yrs and the person who did the crime is going to get 1yr and 8mths for good behavvior and the other robber is no where to be found and unless he beats trial this week he will get 4yrs in prison for a crime he did not commit.

but something happened, one of the stooges aka friends was upset about your BF having sex with you in his car becuase he wanted to pork you for a long time so instead he is blaming your boyfriend for the crime
