What is the name of your state? CA
In the case of a divorce (over 10 years ago) where a custody agreement was reached (kids with mom) and then dad actually wound up with custody - by mutual agreement - no change to the court order due to their mutual cooperation - years later - mom gets angry and takes old court agreement to attorney - sues dad for child support (calculated at over 100 grand) - wage assignment ordered - dads checks being attached... court date in June
What is considered viable "proof" that dad actually had custody of the children (one is actually 19 now).
Thanks in advance.... I searched the site but didn't find my answer for California...
