What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA I didn't want to hijack her thread.

Well..The OP has lost his license 2x and hasn't learned from that. He hasn't paid his support regularly since the order started in '95. What is the Judge to do for such a contemptuous parent? The parent has had TWELVE YEARS to get their crap together and meet their child financial needs and hasn't.//So I will bet jail is in the OP's future.
I am in California. Do you think this would apply here as well? I have been told that even though NCP is $70 grand in arrears the judge will not likely send him to jail on contempt due to overcrowding. I have numerous things I'm thinking of filing contempt for....would that matter?
I would also like to know what the statute of limitations is for filing contempt on matters of divorce judgments, restraining orders and child support.
