hi list ,
my name is pradeep.i am on bussiness visa(B1) & staying
in sunnyvale CA. i went to trip in nevada. i was caugth by
cop for speeding. i was having international driving license
with which i can drive.
i was arrested by the cop & detained in cell for 3 hours
untill my freind who was travelling with me bailed me for
700$. i was asked to attend court on may 31.
but i was suppose to go to my country by 25 may.
now i decided to go on 3rd june.
can anybody advice me whether court will take one day hearing.or it may take more than one day.
is punishment will be just a fine or imprisonment will be
there.do i need to consult a lawyer?.

charge put on me is reckless driving.

can anybody please help me & suggest in this regard.

i was driving at 101mph in 70mph zone.
what will be the court decision in my case.
