Yes you are right. I just recieved the police report today. It says VC 20002 hit and run. Bcs code 510206.

But that's impossible because she was behind me as I stated before. And yes I was arrested exactly 10 days after the incident.

Can I still get it purged?

Btw, Even after he gave her my insurance info, she never contacted my insurance, I was hoping she would because I wanted them to investigate but she didn't. She lied so much.
