I have arrest records for 2 DWI convictions. The first one occured 10 years ago and the other 7 years ago. I have been sober since the second conviction, I have married, graduated college and generally turned my life around since that time. I have a few questions concerning my arrest records:
1.) Is there any provision in the law that would allow me to have my arrest records expunged, sealed, or otherwise protected from the general public?
2.) Is there a statute of limitations on how far back a credit bureau or information broker can go when doing a background check.
