What is the name of your state?WA

After being arrested at his girlfriends house, my friend recieved a copy of everything that happened at her house the day he was arrested. According to his girlfriend and her neighbor, whom the police also questioned, the statements in the documentation were lies. Does my friend have a shot at getting this thrown out if the two girls testify that the report is a lie?

The police report is a record of events. When/if it goes to court, the officer's testimony can be rebutted and challenged by the friends. The DA will not likely drop the matter because friends of the suspect allege that the officer lied.

My friends girlfriend wrote down everything that happened that day and a lot of what was in the report was bullsh**. The neighbor is not a friend. My friend didn't even know her, but she will testify that the statement was bull because it falsified things they asked her and things that she said to them.

Then there will be dueling recollections of events. When/if it goes to court, the witnesses all give their sides of what happened.

Not much else to do but to provide the information to the defense attorney.

The unspoken rule is that the judge will always believe the officer's version over the version of the defendant or the defendant's friends.

Yes, but one of the people is not the defendants friend. She is a perfect stranger to the defendant and just the neighbor to his girlfriend.
