What is the name of your state? California
My sister-in-law was brought to Georgia from Mexico as a child in an illegal alien family. In the last few years she moved to California and married my brother-in-law, who is a U.S.-born U.S. citizen. Now they've had a baby together. The baby was born in California. They all still live in California. What is my sister-in-law's residency status? Can she be deported?

My response:

Yes she can, and after the Presidential election, she will be.

Can she say, "Hasta la vista, baby"?
