I just received a company-grade Article 15 and I'm due to leave the Army in a little less than 10 months. Do Article 15's carry over into civilian life?

No it does not carry over

Depends on what you mean by "carry over." They are not convictions. However, they are still on your record and some employers might ask about them, though most probably don't care. If your job requires a security clearance, for example, you will be asked about article 15s, or if you try to join the bar (i.e. become a practicing lawyer). They normally aren't disqualifying as long as you are honest about them.
