Artist Agency Agreement...

I'm looking for an Artist Agency Agreement form for a new project which my company has been requested.
My question is, as the "artist" is actually a sovereign nation of which it's Cultural Ministry is the represented party, would there be any mitigating issues or concerns I should be aware of.
My firm has previously worked with them in 2000 for a smaller project, but now they want us to represent them within the US market for all of their many agencies.
They of course want it sweet and simple so I have been looking for a short agreement which provides my firm with the proper powers...
any ideas??

Because your situation is not a standard situation, it would be difficult for you to use a standard and/or simple agreement form. I suggest you hire an entertainment lawyer to draft an agreement that specifically addresses all of your concerns.

Well....

It ended up not mattering as myself and my company were given full power of attorney for the North American continent...the matter solved itself...
