Pennsylvania: If I am 24 years of age, and my life is being threatened by a minor (age 17), and I am in serious risk of injury, is there anything I can do about it?
I looked into taking her in front of the magistrate and having her father charged, but her father has a record and,to be honest, wont care. She also has a bad record for violence and auto-theft. I have no records what-so-ever.
Also considering the way things are happening, I will get struck and don't know if I can defend myself against a minor, and if I do, how?
What kind of charges can I file against her if she does?
Thank you for any advice.

Maybe she is mad because you aren't great at following directions.

Why would you ignore the question you were asked TWICE?

US LAW ONLY.

Not to mention the uber-dramatic title. I don't see anything in the original post that says that OP has been assaulted by a minor.

I often overlook states when people are being overly dramatic.

I don't see why this 24 year old even has to be around the 17 yr old. or why calling the cops has never been an option.
