you know what is absolutely delicious? i kid you not. my mom loved liver and onions. my sister and i hated it. BUT, as soon as she was done cooking, my sister and i would cook hamburgers in the same skillet with all the liver drippings. SOOOOOO good! it would have the best flavor! no one i know likes liver and onions, and i'd feel so wasteful if i cooked it only to use the drippings

I tend to do it in the oven...flash fried first, then just slathered with onions and covered in home-made beef gravy. Nom nom nom.
