Assault

Texas. I am 19 and got into a fist fight with 2 homosexual men at a resturant after one grabbed my bottom and winked at me. The only problem is the man and his friend both had to be hospitalized after the fight. After the fight I left and the police showed up at my house looking for me. I plan on turning myself in on monday but I am wondering what will be my punishement. Please Help!

Interesting you say "homosexual men". Be flattered but don't hit. There are better ways of letting someone know you don't appreciate being "man handled". This is what women go through every day! We don't get into fist fights.


What can you expect == a lot of legal trouble criminally and if they decide to sue you civilly. Doesn't matter they pinched you, your defense was much more drastic in reaction to their advances.
